ON TIME ARRIVALIf you are running more than 5 minutes late, we will do everything possible to extend the time and give you the full amount of time on your appointment. However, if there is another appointment following your service, we cannot guarantee this will be possible.
CANCELLATION POLICYA valid credit card is required when booking your appointment but it is not charged. It is used only to reserve your appointment time.
Same day cancellations and no show appointments will result in 100% charge of the originally scheduled service.
